Biography: 

David is an Affiliated Research Professor at Boise State University’s Organizational Performance and Human Learning Department. His research interests include the design and evaluation of interdisciplinary and mixed-motive teams, technology transfer, and program evaluation. Over the last 20 years, he has helped design and implement evaluations for many public sector agencies, including the National Science Foundation, the United Nations, the US Department of Agriculture, state agencies, and non-profit foundations. As a private sector consultant he has provided evaluation services to organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to bootstrapped entrepreneurships. He received a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Psychology in the Public Interest from North Carolina State University.
